. Men and Women rings will be gift packaged nicely to be delivered
. The Product images are based on 14K and changed price will be applied if you select another order option such as 18K or Platinum.
. Couple rings are custom-made according to the size ordered, so a 5-10% size difference may vary during the process. (Details provided are based on men’s size 8.5 and 5 in women size.)
. THe Gold options you can select from are yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, platium
. The differences between 14k and 18k are the percentages. 18k is 75% pure gold and 14k is 58.5% pure cold
Shipping Information
Due to the custom-made products, it can take 5 to 7 day which excludes weekends and holidays. Free shipping throughout the United States. We also has free item damage insurance. This will apply if there are any actual damages if your baggage is damaged or lost in transit. Please give extra time before placing the order. Exchange and Return Policy
Since this product is manufactured by customized order, it cannot be canceled or exchanged during making process. It is also impossible to return the product because its being customized.
If there are any other reasons to return during the customizing process, you are responsible for the insurance cost and shipping.
